This is a great chart on the emotional centers of the body. I like to utilize this knowledge when deciding where to place a drop of our emotional support blends. Every individual has their own “emotional projects” to work on, but here’s what I’ve found to be beneficial when utilizing our blends:

“Smile” Blend: A drop on the heart center, fear center, or anger center (to restore sense of self and joy)

“Pause for Peace” Blend: A drop on the burden area, support area, or survival center (to calm fight or flight response)

“Over the Moon” Blend: A drop on the “old stuff” center, guilt/shame center, or rejection center (for transformation and self acceptance)
