  1. Stretch. Release the tension you accumulated during the week. For a little extra help in “releasing”, dab a drop of an essential oil blend like “Smile” on your temples.

  2. Take a long shower. Forget cosmetics or hair products or grooming- focus your attention on your shower. Create a relaxing and cleansing environment by dropping a dab of an essential oil blend (like “Smile”, of course) on a clean wash cloth and place it on a ledge near your nose. Let the steam carry the enveloping aroma.

  3. Take a break from reading the news. The world, and everything that’s happening in it, will still be there tomorrow.

  4. Give yourself space. Turn off all of your electronics and your cell phone and embrace the quiet for an hour. Enjoy your own company.

  5. Do something nice for someone else. There’s no better feeling than knowing that you made someone else smile.
