Sitting in our wisdom centered awareness with our heart chakra set to compassion, we walk through the world with ease and grace, releasing fear and discordant patterns that are not in harmony with our health. Breathing in, we feel our bodies energy slowly coming to center before dropping lower and lower to the ground, anchoring our body to the cosmos through the energy of mother earth. When we are fully in our soma, we take notice of our body in present time, receiving one breath and another breath, and again and again, and witnessing there too our ability to be receptive to life itself.
