What’s YOUR favorite way to use your essential oils?

My favorite way to use them is on the bottom of my feet. According to ancient Reflexology practices, Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, the foot holds acupuncture points and meridians corresponding to each organ in the body. So strategically adding a drop of essential oil to an area of the foot can have specific and systemic benefit.

Peppermint oil on the bottom of the feet can help cool a body down in summer, or soothe an upset stomach or aching head.

Clove oil on the bottom of the feet can warm up a body in winter, and stimulate the immune system and promote better circulation. Rosemary oil on the bottom of the feet can help bring down a fever and fight off the flu.

But my favorite blend to put on the bottom of my feet is our “Smile” blend. I feel like my organs are a little happier when I do so. Plus, my socks smell pretty great.
